For medical treatment, she received:
- Red cell transfusions
- Folate supplementation
- Beta blocker
Surgically, she underwent redo mitral repair 10 days later using 32 mm physio II ring.
The patient’s hemoglobin and hemolytic markers normalized over the next 1 week.
