Vital signs: Heart rate 99/min, blood pressure 97/60 mmHg, respiratory rate 13/min, T 98oF
Head and neck: No lymphadenopathy
CVS: S1, S2, no extra sounds, no murmurs
Chest: Normal to inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation
Abdomen: Soft, non-tender, no hepatosplenomegaly, mild right CVA tenderness at biopsy site
Extremities: Pitting edema bilaterally from ankles to knees
CNS: No focal changes
