What is the recommended hemoglobin (Hb) transfusion trigger in a noncritically ill hospitalized patient with cardiovascular disease?

For patients with stable cardiovascular disease who are hemodynamically stable, transfuse RBCs at Hb level of ≤ 8 g/dL (80 g/L).
