What is small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL)?

SLL is a different manifestation of the same disease as CLL, with the main difference being that abnormal lymphocytes mainly accumulate in lymph nodes and other tissues, with no evidence of cytopenias or bone marrow involvement. ¹
