Should I treat my patient with antiphospholipid antibodies with aspirin (primary prophylaxis)?

Aspiring should be limited to individuals at very high risk, for example those with:

  • High antiphospholipid antibody titers
  • Triple positivity
  • Additional cardiovascular risk factors)
  • Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)
