HEENT: Unremarkable

Cardiac: Irregular heartbeats; no murmurs/gallops

Lungs: Clear to percussion and auscultation

Abdomen: Moderately obese, soft, non-tender to palpation

Skin/Extremities: Pale, slightly cold skin; no peripheral edema, no deformities.
