The following describes this patient’s physical exam when you see her with the medical student (it was essentially normal):
General: Well appearing
Vital signs: Heart rate 87/min, blood pressure 105/60, respiratory rate 13/min, T 98oF, weight 62 kg
Head and neck: No lymphadenopathy
CVS: S1, S2, no extra sounds, no murmurs
Chest: Normal to inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation
Abdomen: Soft, non-tender, no hepatosplenomegaly
CNS: No focal changes
Skin: Normal
