Vital signs: Heart rate 71/min, blood pressure 120/76, respiratory rate 13/min, T 98^oF

Head and neck: No lymphadenopathy

CVS: S1, S2, no extra sounds, no murmurs

Chest: Normal to inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation

Abdomen: Soft, non-tender, no hepatomegaly, left upper quadrant scar

CNS: No focal changes

Skin: Normal
