Brian Cuzzo
Brian Cuzzo is a third year Internal Medicine resident at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, currently applying into Hematology/Oncology fellowship, with the hopes of pursuing a career in hematology. Although his interests in the field remain broad, he is particularly drawn outcomes research in hematopoietic stem cell transplant in patients with myeloid disease. Brian has an interest in medical education, having held prior positions at medical school, SUNY Upstate Medical University, as a course instructor for a lecture series he had designed which aimed to bridge the gap between the basic and clinical sciences to second year medical students. He now carry that passion into The Blood Project with the hopes of creating content which will deepen the learners' understanding, appreciation and intuition on all things blood related.
