General appearance: Looks well, in no distress

Vital signs: Heart rate 70/min, blood pressure 97/60 mmHg, respiratory rate 13/min, T 98oF

Head and neck: No lymphadenopathy; smooth tongue

CVS: S1, S2, no extra sounds, soft systolic ejection murmur

Chest: Normal to inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation

Abdomen: Soft, non-tender, no hepatosplenomegaly

Extremities: Chipping of nails

CNS: No focal changes
