CVS: S1, S2, no extra sounds, soft systolic ejection murmur
Chest: Normal to inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation
Abdomen: Soft, non-tender, no hepatosplenomegaly
Extremities: Chipping of nails
CNS: No focal changes
