History

A previously healthy 33-year-old man presented to urgent care after 6 weeks of fatigue, night sweats, and a 10-pound weight loss (AND FEVER? SEE COMMENT BELOW). More recently, he noticed his abdomen was becoming distended. Two days ago, he developed a fever to 103-degree Fahrenheit that led him to present to the emergency room (IS THIS THE SAME VISIT?? = ER = URGENT CARE??). He has no past medical history. He denies a family history of hematological disorders. He is currently on no medications and has no known allergies to medications. He is a never smoker, and drinks socially. He works as an accountant.
